Lobbyvo Pro is the record afterwards: each reception with its visitors and contractors signed in and out, the host notified when someone arrives, the badge printed, and the evacuation list produced from the people actually on site. It is $49 a location a month, billed monthly, and you can export everything at any time.

Should you just buy the workplace suite instead?
If you are also buying desk booking, room booking and space analytics for several floors, buy the workplace suite: it does those and this is not that. Lobbyvo is for the reception that only needs the front door handled properly and does not want to pay for the rest of the platform to get it.
