Lobbyvo is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

What you type into a worksheet stays in your browser unless you save it. If you write to us we keep your name, email, what you asked and anything you chose to include. On Pro we hold the sign-in records your own reception creates: visitor name, company, host, times in and out, and the badge issued.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor, not an introducer. Your enquiry is never sold, never passed to a reseller, a security integrator or a lead broker. For the sign-in records your reception creates we are a processor acting on your instructions: our sub-processors are published, the retention schedule is published, and a visitor asking about their own record is directed to you, the occupier, as the controller.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@lobbyvo.com. We respond within one month.
